This nutrient as been a big help to my fog-brain!
I've been taking it since November, along with some other supplements recommended by my naturopath. The combination has made an amazing difference in my outlook and mental clarity. I'm sure it's good for all of me!

Excellent source of EPA/DHA, ratio is great. More expensive but perhaps worth it.
I've been a subscriber from OmegaBrite's website for many years. I liked it and used it for many years but one batch made me smell like shrimp. So strange. Other than the smell (I guess from my skin pores), my GI tract tolerated this fish oil very well. Shipping was very expensive and has climbed, which drives up the overall price of the fish oil. I wish the company would just ship USPS Flat Rate, so much less expensive. I think the shipping cost is built into the price on Amazon.I dislike that I need to take 3 gels per day and is one reason why I had to halt my subscription because I had a backlog that I needed to use up. The price is higher than most but for those who want the benefits of high levels of EPA & DHA, this brand offers high levels in an excellent ratio as long as you take 3 gelcaps, which I think are soft gels/perles.

A Noticeable Boost in Mental Sharpness
I’ve been using the OmegaBrite 7010MD Advanced Omega-3 Formula for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is how much sharper my thinking has become. After taking this consistently, I feel more focused, and there’s a noticeable improvement in my overall mental clarity.It’s a bit on the expensive side compared to other Omega-3 supplements, but for me, the results justify the cost.

They shipped me the old bubble-pack version (Made in Italy).. while I still had 'bottle' version with April 2023 expiration date."Thank you for being an OmegaBrite customer. The product is good for a year after expiration. Unfortunately this is the expiration date of our current batch. If you wish to return them we can send you the prepaid return label but you have to shoulder $9.95 to cover the shipping fee of the exchange order simply because you still have 7+ months to use the product. However the Omega 3 is safe to use for a year after expiration as they have a shelf life of three years."
