Real Strong !
It May seem a Little Heavy , Which it is at 8 Lbs. But It's Very Powerful When Nailingf 3 1/2" Nails !It's Still Small Enough For Tighter Places With Only 2" or 2 3/8 " Nails. Mine Only Fired Blanks Once When The Nail Rack Was Not Perfect, Easy Fix...Sometimes it Will Double Nail When It's LOW On Air Pressure Otherwise It's Pretty Flawless... I've Nailed Over 2,000 Nails Already 2" To 3 1/2" Putting My Falling Down Garage Back Together With Very Little To NO Problems.... I Need a Smaller One For Hurricane Straps I Can't Reach Very Well Otherwise It's 5 Stars ! Excellent Price and Value For The Money...It's a Little Big ,Maybe a Little Heavy, BUT It Pounds Those 3 1/2" Nails Like Butter ! THE Adjustment For The LENGTH Is a Big Help For Lining Every thing Up Before Final Nailing... I Read a Complaint Where It Wouldn't Pound The Nail In All The Way And Had to Use a Hammer To Finish It ,WELL, READ THE DIRECTIONS, I Use The ADJUSTMENT Occasionally or It's just as Easy To Nail It Part Way By Hand As to Facilitate Lining Up The PLywood..

A sturdy, dependable tool. Great value for the money.
In the process of building a fence, I shot precisely 1,000 2.5" stainless steel ring-shank nails with this tool. It's not perfect, but I can definitely recommend it, especially since the price has decreased by $20 since I bought it a couple of months ago! It really is an incredible deal for a homeowner. I have no idea how long this tool will last, but so far it has performed perfectly in 994 out of 1000 cases. The majority of the six misfired nails were probably my fault--I was using it from an awkward angle and the nail didn't go in all the way. I just finished the job with a hammer.I found that I could shoot nails until there were approximately 3-5 left, then the gun would stop working, I'd load more, and it would continue as before with no decrease in performance as I added new strips of nails to the remaining short strip, which hardly ever works even with staplers! I never had a jammed nail, or haven't so far, in all 1,000 shots. I only wasted a single nail--only one went in so crooked that I had to remove it and throw it away. One awkward thing--I found that due to the length of the nail strips, I could only add one new strip at a time. Two didn't quite fit. So it did seem like I had to load the nailer more often than I expected. I'll keep working on that--it may have been a defect in my technique, as this was the first time I had used a framing nailer.I found this tool sturdy, reliable, not too heavy, easy to load, and very easy to operate. I like the fact that you have to work hard to put the nailer on "one shot" automatic bump-fire mode. It's just not as safe for novices. To put it in this state, you have to make a commitment and change the trigger, which I think is a brilliant idea. Most of us are fine with the classic "bump and fire" setting. One concern--I used a hotdog compressor whose range was 70-125 PSI, and I was sinking 2.5" stainless steel ring-shank nails into 15/16" cedar fence boards. I had a hard time getting the depth precisely right. I adjusted the "toolless" depth adjuster ring on the nailer and I didn't notice that much difference between the highest and lowest settings. I wouldn't mind using a tool if I could control the nailing depth more accurately. I found it to be a very powerful nailer, and I wish I could have dialed that power back more. That is the only concern I have had with this tool so far. I'd definitely recommend it to homeowners/DIY freaks like me. By the way, I used NailPro nails I bought on Amazon and they held up well. I recommend them too.

You pay for what you get for.
This is a affordable and decent framing nailer. Has a couple of jams here and there, but overall good performance.

The tool's firing mechanism provides both sequential and bump fire options, giving you the versatility to work according to your needs.**Ease of Use:**One of the standout features of this nailer is its user-friendliness. The quicker reload means less downtime, which is a significant advantage for those on a tight schedule. Additionally, the tool's lightweight design ensures that I can maneuver it easily in tight spaces.**Maintenance:**Another aspect that I appreciate is the tool’s maintenance requirements. The NuMax SFR2190 is relatively low-maintenance, with an easy-to-access air filter that keeps dust and debris from interfering with its functionality.
