Great bunny house
This hutch was easy to put together with clear instructions. All wholes lined up and took about an hr. It had a woody cedar smell out of the box, but disappeared within the day. It’s not a robust piece of furniture, but for the price, this is excellent and I would recommend. This is the only hutch that I could find in this style with wire grates and water proof pullout trays.

Clean, cute, cozy
I don’t think I have ever been as pleased with an Amazon purchase as I am with this hutch. Our rabbit, my daughter and I LOVE IT. I was really debating on whether or not to keep our rabbit just because it was so hard to keep his last cage clean and move around. This IS NOT A CAGE… this is a home. He uses all the space which I was nervous about. I was expecting him to not use the ramps or lay on the wire mesh. All I need to do is change the pee pad on the bottom tray once or twice a day and I’ll continue spraying the mesh down with alcohol once every few days. On top of that, I think it is so cute! It is VERY WELL MADE and easy to assemble. I put it together in front of the rabbit so that way he could see it being built and get a little familiar with it. I was able to get it together in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours, taking my time. t’s easy to move as my 4 year old rolls it from room to room. I really did not want to give up and send the rabbit back. I actually enjoy having him now. WE LOVE IT!

Mixed feelings
My bunny loves his hutch very much! We will open the door for free roam time, and he just sits at the door like, I'll watch y'all from here. 🤣I like that my bunny, 7 weeks old, can jump from the bottom layer to the upper layer without the ramp. We took the ramp off altogether and it freed up so much space. I really like the door locks, very nice pieces. We chose to not screw the top on, which makes it easy to clean the litterbox and hay inside of the hutch. Was surprised to not like the quality of the boards it is made from. Kinda flemsy and thinner than expected. The hinges on the top are also not well made. We don't expect those to last long, and the boards are so thin it doesn't attach well. I expected better since I have $160 invested in the hutch, including shipping, but with that being said, my rabbit is very happy with his space.

Sturdy and spacious
I bought this for my Guinea pig. She loves it. Tons of room for her to move about, easy access to feed her and clean her cage out. There is a pull out tray that her poop and pee fall onto for easy cleanupAnd she isn’t moving around in it. She has chewed the wood inside but it’s not destroyed. The top opens for easy cleaning as well and there is a hay trough for her hay. I did have to make a spot for a water bottle. Other than that it’s functional and easy.

It’s okay.
honestly it’s okay for its price? First off when you get it you can immediately smell it, it’s a weird wood chemical smell. Also the screws they give you to attach both pieces together in the middle are not big enough atleast for me, so it ended up breaking each time. My short term solution was zip ties which worked fine and i have to go to the store to buy id say 2-2.5 inch screws because they gave me 1.5 in ones. Also the wood is honestly cheap because the bottom door broke a bit when i opened it. Also bunnies chew through it easily. I’d say if you get it try to get a gloss layer over it or something that way you don’t get any splinters. The sliding bottoms makes it easy to clean but personally i didn’t need the wire bottoms because it’s not of best use for bunnies because of their feet. Overall the main problem for me was the wood and screws. I feel like i could’ve found something better but it probably would’ve cost more especially since the shipping is expensive. Ps: the ladder is a bit steep so i’d recommend showing your bun buns how to use it by pushing them up and leaving upstairs so they can go down by themselves and figure it out.

Not healthy for pets
... "put outside for a week to air out" ....no.You shouldn't be buying products that don't work properly when you receive them. .The smell alone was unbearable. My eyes burned from the chemicals just opening the cardboard box. Saying this is pet safe and for indoor use is very deceiving. If you do decide purchase, be sure to take pictures of everything as you remove it from the packaging, because it is jinksawed so perfectly into the box that there is no way you'll be able to repackage and ship it back to you.The wood is not sealed so any animal pee will be there forever.Quality is also rickety and not very sturdy. Shame on me for not looking closer at the reviews
