This is exactly what new managers require
There are so many things which I can relate with. Many mistakes which I made earlier or the mistakes I feel my manager did, I can completely relate and agree on that.

Great book!
Hands down best reading for any manager. Very disappointed with quality of book. The paper, the binding is shoddy for a book that is priced so high. Feels like gouging as I purchased same for fraction not that long ago.
