This shake mix is tasty, and mixes very easily in my almond milk for a high protein drink. It has 20 G protein, 2g sugar and 1.5 g total fat for only 110 calories per scoop. It’s great on its own, but most often I throw in some frozen fruit to make a smoothie. Either way, it’s delicious and filling. I’ve tried a lot of different protein shakes, and this is my favorite.

I’ve been using this protein powder for the past 8 years! It was recommended at the gym I went to long ago... great taste, no hormones, no chalky flavor, high in protein, low in sugar. Hard to find, I only order from amazon, and have never been disappointed. Fast delivery!

I typically purchase plant based proteins and this was actually a mistake, but knowing it was Swiig brand, I kept it.My preference is a plant based diet but to avoid the exchange, I opted to keep this for smoothies. No regrets! I still prefer Swiig plant based proteins but this was equally as good. Blindfolded, I would not know the difference. This is a solid product line that is scientifically calculated to offer the optimum health value and good taste. No grit, no clumps, no after taste that is hard to disguise. It's all great stuff!

I used this in my smoothies, then thought I would try a powder that was more cost effective. I was so disappointed in the one's that I tried, that I had to reorder this powder. I love the chocolate, it can make the smoothie thick like a frosty. I won't ever buy any other powder even though it's a bit more expensive.

The product has weird bitter taste. No wonder they suggest to add fruits and nut milks to mask the bitter taste. Of all the protein powders used this one is definitely off my list. Would like a refund for my purchase.
