SchickXtreme Bamboo Razor — Eco Friendly Razor, Bamboo Disposable Razors Men, Bamboo Razor Handle

It may sound silly to say that this is the best razor I have ever used. I am not sure why. Perhaps it is because it is just a little wider and therefore doesn't miss spots? Or because it is so lightweight? I don't know.I like buying razors with replaceable blades but over the years, they seem to have become more complex with more blades stacked on top of each other in a narrower frame but they work less and less well... and get clogged up really quickly.This has a wider frame with a few stacked blades and the slenderest, most fragile bamboo handle you can imagine. It is so lightweight that it knocked over easily. But it works. And it has held up fine for a few months now.I don't know - what makes something the right balance? Whatever it is, this razor does it for this old woman.

This is a much better shaver than the 5-blade offerings. Gets into places the 5 cannot (too big). Recommend purchase

Very light and works like it should. Wish you could order blades separately. Not an option. One holder and two blades. But worth the price, very cheap. But also recyclable at least the handle

This razor gives a nice quick shave. But as a disposable razor how eco-friendly can it be? Schick gives no info on recycling so the marketing is BS. B+ for shave but not eco friendly. It shouldn't have to be one or the other.ADDING to this review a couple of months later to note that the bamboo handle doesn't always last for all three blade cartridges. So that's something to work on--strengthen the handle or supply a second just in case. Still like the shave though.

These are my favorite disposables. It’s not like they do anything special or anything, I just love the general aesthetic and feel of these.I used to be able to get them at CVS, but can’t seem to find them anymore. Looks like I’ll be ordering online!

Bought these on a whim after I saw them pop up in various places on the internet. Seemed gimmicky at first, but I ordered them since it was a minimal investment to try.I've been using them for several months now and I'm really enjoying them, they feel great in the hand, nice and lightweight, and not slippery, which is important since I typically shave in the shower. Blades are excellent, close shave with no irritation, easy to switch out for a fresh blade.I am using them through subscribe and save; it's nice to be spending around $5 a month for my shaving needs, as one pack with three blades lasts me a month.Give them a try, five stars, highly recommended.
