i bought these for a road trip to keep my daughters busy. They loved itIt was kind of hard for a 6yr old. but my 9 and 11 yr old did great. It was fun and kept them busy on our long road trip

This is definitely a fun embroidery kit! The instructions are more thorough than others, still can be confusing for elementary age. I.E. the embroidery floss, you pull a certain amount of strands off depending on the project. Definitely worth the price. It came with everything you need to get started, and it has varying levels of difficulty.

I had it shipped out of state for my granddaughter 's birthday. It arrived four days early!!! Perfect. I won't know until her birthday on Friday.

Granddaughter loved, needed craft activity for the summer

Bought this for my 11 year old daughter. Didn't come with needles so we tried to use a sewing needle but very difficult to keep rethreading when the thread came out. She has never done it before we assumed it was a beginner type kit. No instructions just words on how to do each stitch but not how to start or what to do first or how may strands of string to use for stitch. We had lots of questions. Thinking they just weren't included in the box like the needles that were suppose to be there, I looked and couldn't find an instruction video or any construction online either. Might be better for someone with experience. I have some needle work experience. but since it says age 8 and starter kit so I thought she could do by herself at age 11 and that was not the case.Frustrating!!!
