The item I purchased arrived in excellent condition. It was easy to install and works perfectly.

It works amazing, but it is built out of the cheapest junk they could possibly get their hands on. With minimal effort they could’ve made this way better. I still gave it five stars because it works so well

This stand is supposed to be compatible with Sunblaster LED light strip. It looks like it should be but the cheap plastic immediately cracked and broke when attaching to a Sunblaster compatible LED light strip. It's a $50 low quality piece of junk.

3 stars only because the picture is deceiving. You receive the 2 end supports, light brackets but no light and no power cord. That information is at the bottom of the description under ‘more’ and I missed it. Please match the photo with the description of the item. The assembly itself is great. Once you purchase and attach a light, you can move the light as close to your plants as needed. My seedlings loved it. Had I realized I needed to purchase the T5 light, ballast reflector and cord kit, I would have just ordered a different complete assembly instead of having to wait for my extra purchase to arrive. It does what it is supposed to do. Now that I am aware of the difference between the photo and description. It works great.

Not pleased with the quality of this item at all. Very disappointed. It has a very cheap look and feel. It's wobbly and un-leveled. In order to raise or lower your actual light fixture O-rings are provided in order to wrap around the vertical posts. These O-rings serve as the only support to hold the light fixture as high are as low as you want and are provided in a quantity of 4. But you only need one for each side thus a total of 2. I believe they give you four because eventually these O-rings will break down. That alone is an indication of unacceptable quality. Not only is the overall concept pretty cheap it's also a bit annoying and tedious to set up. I had to use a level to make sure that the light fixture was perfectly horizontal. Imagine the tediousness of having to raise/lower/adjust the light when you want and having to deal with these O-rings on either side as your plants grow taller. A better approach, and also a way to make this item a higher quality one, would have been to use a pin and hole approach along the vertical metal posts.I also can't believe that this item cost $42. I just happen to be browsing another website for plant lighting and stumbled upon this very same item for nearly half the cost. You'll see advertised on the front of the product box, "Free Tray Included." As if that were a big deal. Some cheap piece of plastic like that probably only cost the company fifty cents or so to acquire and it's nothing more than a marketing tactic to make you feel like you're getting more for your money.Lastly, the product advertises that you can add up to 7 light fixtures on this stand. I personally don't see how this is possible as the actual light stand is very wobbly and feels very unstable to me. On top of paying over forty two dollars for this over priced item if you want to add extra lights you have to contact the company with the phone number provided (in the product box) and be willing to pay even more money.I am returning this item for a refund but I am also irritated because I will have to pay for return shipping on item off unacceptable quality.

It's a bit flimsy, but more solid than expected for a stand at this price. The assembly is fairly easy, though you may have some difficulty stretching an "O" ring around the top of each pillar.

Works nicely. Lost a star for difficulty attaching light, it works pretty good but could be better. As a stand it's great, quite sturdy and well made.

This works great and fits my space well. I like that it's adjustable.
