Good but a bit short in depth
Excellent saw giving very fine accurate cuts. It could do with having a deeper blade.

Excellent for Miniatures
I'm am miniature painter; mostly 28/32mm up to 75mm and I've been making do a junior hacksaw and small "hobby" say which actually had course teeth. This thing is in a different league altogether! The blade is very think with a nice fine pitch.. ideal for finely cutting resin minis from the risers or perhaps for conversions. I only use this on resin and plastic and it's excellent! This is very sturdy and well made but very light. Depth of cut is 11mm so only for small jobs.Unfortunately there's no blade cover/sheath supplied but I use the cardboard retail packaging (just cut-down a bit)It's a little pricey but you pay for quality. Do it, you won't be disappointed!

My No.1 Tool for cutting resin and plastic miniatures/scenery. Excellent piece of kit.
I work for a company producing Resin based miniatures and scenery pieces. I was so impressed by this standard tool in my workplace that I bought one for myself, for my own hobby use.It has very specific uses, do not deviate from them, and this tool will last for a long time. We have had one in our workshop in daily use for coming up to 12 months now, and it's still cutting as well as when we started using it. Soft woods, resin or plastics. Do not mistreat your saw, and will last an age in hobby use terms.
