NMN is all about sustained energy. The dose in said capsule is quite less and so it takes time for the action to happen. So instead of using it before the workout, I finish my 1.5 hours of running and use it after running so I can work without getting tired through the day. Highly effective. Helps me to also go to gym in the evening even during running days. Yet to try the 500mg dose.

Totally ineffective. All the hype is just sales talk. The product is useless and makes no difference to the workout. A cup of black coffee is a million times better as a preworkout. It has no effect on recovery and muscle soreness either. Strongly advise you not to waste your money. The product deserves a negative rating, even one star is too much.

It's a great product. Most scientifically curated pre workout formula. Effective from day one and the best thing is there is no caffeine in it.

Product is spoiled, we can see the product colour change and smess also came different in different capsule. I'm very socked thanks to Amazon customer care who understand the situation and given refund , it can be very dangerous, I should complaint in consumer court but this first time happen with me and I didn't taken capsule so I'm safe but what about others who may take this capsule, I request to Amazon please take strict action on this.
