I got this for my best friend for a graduation gift and it was perfect! It was more than what I could have asked for! The pictures turned out great! She has had it for about a year now and has had no problems with it. I will definitely be getting my own in the future!

I can not believe how beautiful this locket is. It is the perfect size , the quality is outstanding. It seemed pricey at first, but oh my god it is well worth the money. I chose the option to add a photo, and I was skeptical, and WOW, they got it exactly right. How convenient is that! Picture looked exactly as I cropped it when I ordered it. Well worth the money. The gift box makes it ten times better. One of my best purchases on Amazon ever!

So disappointed in this product. I chose this one because of the quick turn around time. I guess that should have been a red flag when all the other suppliers needed much longer. "Quick" usually means "shortcuts". The first thing I noticed was how lightweight it was. It felt like plastic. I'm sure it's some sort of metal, but it has to be super thin. Visually, it was a good size, not too big, so it was still delicate looking. But it was very light for it's size and felt cheap.What was super irritating to me were the photos. I paid double the price to add 2 photos and engraving. The description leads you to believe the photos are laser etched and "permanent", but they turned out to just be 2 tiny print out photos that I could've gotten printed at any drug store for 49 cents. Because they were so small, I would've never noticed except for the fact that I happened to tap on the photo and it was at a certain angle that the reflection on the photo moved! Then upon closer inspection I realized it was just photo paper and not etched at all! I paid an extra $50 for almost nothing!To top it all off, the cheapness of the quality reared its ugly head today when I came home and the necklace was simply gone. It had been worn under my shirt and therefore the only explanation is that the chain or clasp spontaneously failed since there isn't much stress on the necklace when worn under clothing. Now it's gone and I had it for a grand total of one week. I wish I had at least tried to return it. I thought about it just because it was so cheap and had a bait-and-switch description. I doubted the seller would've been very helpful, but I've had good experiences with Amazon customer service before, making things right even when the seller didn't. But now, I guess I just lost $100 for being dumb and giving this thing a chance. My initial impression was right. It's garbage.

This locket is beautiful. I put a professional taken photo of my Godmother, and the quality is still not "professional" but it's still very clear and good enough for me. I love the pendant! And it came safely packaged with bubble wrapped lining and in a non slip case. Would definitely recommend if you want something in a good price range and sentimental.

It’s very pretty I like how it turned out but you can tell it feels extremely cheap. Especially the chain it comes with, 1 if you get a gold one the chain it comes with is silver 2 the chain feels super cheap I would recommend ordering a separate chain. The locket itself is pretty but it’s hard to open and if you only get one picture inside and wanted to put your own on the other side you’ll realize that there’s a super thin piece of plastic to go over top of it and it’s hard to get to stay in one place and bends easily. Also it comes with a QR code for a warranty inside but once you go to the website and put your info in it says “we’re sorry the page you have requested is no longer available” which is irritating when you know it feels cheap and would actually like the warranty in case it breaks. Overall the locket itself is beautiful and the picture inside came out nice (a little grainy but it’s a tiny picture so it’s expected) but feels poorly made and the chain it comes with is less than ideal

I ordered this with a photo of my dog who just recently passed away. I was very satisfied with the picture quality and I think the locket itself is very beautiful. Unfortunately though, the prongs holding the stone at the center are not very durable. After just 5 days of wear a prong caught onto my clothes and tore off, taking the stone out as well. I don't care about that too much though, since overall I am satisfied with the purchase.
