Even myself and my 13 yo and husband are learning !!! These are so easy to remember my 3yo of course remembers candy cake and watermelon lol but even doctor nurse. I would say also we are Mexican so we speak Spanish and a lot of these words are pronounced like some Spanish words just alittle different but still they make it so easy to learn I love it definitely 💯 recommend!!!!

Perfect to work on French and English. I use it with my daughter and my students (I’m a Pre kindergarten student), they both like it and I like that is a no screen tool to work on vocabularyReally too bad you can’t plug headphones!

Will not recognize cards. Child very disappointed. Great when it worked for a few days. Waste of money.

Love it. However the voice needs to be louder. There's noway to adjust the voice either.

I bought these cards for my daughter and was disappointed to find out that about 60% of the cards don’t read correctly. The images match the words but the machine does not read them accurately.

My 3 year old is very good at using this toy correctly and repeating the French and English vocabulary. It works exactly as I hoped.

This is a cute little card reading device with cat ears, in a nice shade of blue. It's a good size for a child and easy to use.It comes with a large selection of word cards. There is a picture of a dog on a card with the word "chien." Slide the card into the reader and you will hear "chien, dog." There are lots of words, not all beginner words but all good choices for kids.The company makes a similar set in English. You can use the French word cards with the reader from that set, but it will only say the English word, not the French. When you put in the card for "cerf volant," it will say, "kite."The card reader comes with a charger.

While I love the concept, it’s badly executed. Lots of French names are wrong. And the cards don’t last, being bent and no longer read properly. The card reader reads all the wrong cards; so we had to discard it as it was teaching our son the wrong association of name and image. We just purchased this a month ago. Sad because it is a great idea, and my son loved it for what it lasted.
