Works as it should, I am using it for internet in the car. The coverage is good and it has worked well on the road for us. It was used but looks and works like new.

It didnt come with a manual my sim card is conectected with tmobile and the device says is disconected i contacted support to tmobile they said they cant help me because the device its under someone else name smh i want a refund asap

This is a low-cost way to have a hotspot through T-Mobile Hotspot Service. When combined with the $10 hotspot unlimited plan (see Reddit or slickdeals for details), this represents a value way to get internet across the United States. Although the connectivity is through 4G LTE and not 5G, the internet service provided is still quite speedy for use with streaming video, remote desktop or other high bandwidth low latency internet needs. It serves multiple machines adequately and it is also convenient to serve as a hotspot for all of the devices in the car. While battery life is limited, combining this device with a battery power bank (or plugging in to a car USB port) dramatically extends the battery life.

This is a great hotspot at a very good price point. Its easy to setup, just pop in your T-Mobile Sim card and your good to go. I had it working on T-Mobile prepaid with no issues!
