I work from home and have a herniated lumbar disc. Sitting at my desk all day was causing alot of lower back pain and sciatica pain. When this arrive I mind of chuckled because it didn’t look like much. But it is stuffed, stable, and adjustable. The straps hold it in place on my chair and were easy to adjust. The back support is really nice and not too much.My back pain was noticeably better in the first day!!

I suffer with sciatica and long trips really cause it to glare up. This pillow was perfect for that problem.

I work from home a lot these days and have been using a chair that offered no lower back support. Sitting for the prolonged amount of hours can be a real stress on that area of your back. I've always enjoyed real nice lower back support but never thought of simply buying an add-on to my existing chair to improve the quality of it. Low and behold, this does the trick. It is easily adjustable with the band that slips around it. You can move it up or down with ease once your back gets adjusted to it so you can re-apply the pressure. It has has honestly made it better to work these longer hours in the chair and I wouldn't work from home without it at this point. It is a necessity.So yeah, recommended. If I dinked it for a star is that after about 4 months of usage, the padding is getting a tad flatter from daily usage. That is to be expected though. So it doesn't have the same super tight pressure that it initially had. Otherwise, it still it still offers better comfort than without.

Bought this to relieve my back ache from lack of good lumbar support on my desk chair, but I have to keep readjusting it, because it slips and it's a little too hard and stiff to be really comfortable. I guess it's adequate. Would probably buy something else, but I'll muddle through with this one for a while.

This pillow is great for a less than comfy chair. My new job will reimburse me for a new office chair after 90 days so I needed to make do with an older chair until then. Offers great support, it hasn’t shifted a bit, and I’m in no discomfort by the end of the day. Worth it if a new chair isn’t in the cards just yet!
