And at this price point, I can afford them. I started taking these when my doctor told me I needed to add more Omega 3 oils into my diet. I am busy and do not always have time to eat a "well balanced meal". These, I take daily and do not get stressed out about my health when I have no time for a real meal. I haven't noticed any "fishy burps" I have heard can be a thing with supplements. In fact, I have only noticed improvements. The little gel pills are rather large, but I am not someone who struggles with that issue.

These literally now allow me to be able to clinch my fingers into a fist. I haven’t been able to for 12 years without extreme pain and not close them completely. Now I can with no pain. I’ll be 73 this year. I also got my younger brother to try them and he has benefited very much also.

No fishy smell or fishy taste, and the 1000mg dosage is effective. A budget-friendly option, though some may prefer enteric-coated versions. Goes down smooth.

These are once a day where the ones I was taking was 2 pills twice a day. Should save me money

Good for the price but you are much better off spending a little more on a pricier brand than these, they contain no epa or dha per serving so these are pretty much useless, I learned that 3 weeks after buying it

I know I needed to add a fish oil supplement since I'm not a fan of fish let alone fish oil.It's only a slight aftertaste ( which I can tolerate).
