I decided I really needed to make a review of this. I actually shared this to my Facebook page. I have researched and researched looking at all the different mats and sheets and things like that. Because I believe that this is a true science. So I landed on this map and at the time it was $39. It has now went up to 59 but it has worked tremendously. I don’t know about the sleep issue. I do feel like I’m sleeping more, but I wake up a little sleepy and that could just be me. But here is the big one. I have hip pain from sciatica and back issues. When I say hip pain, I mean every morning when I wake up, I feel a little miserable because my hips hurt. They just ache and my legs hurt. Probably about 10 days after putting this mat in my bed and laying my legs on it the pain is gone. I mean, the pain is gone and yes, I still have some lower back pain because that’s a bone issue, but the aching that I had in the inflammation that I felt is gone. Now when I do a task like mowing the lawn on a hill and my leg hurts real bad instead of hurting for a week it might last for a day lol. I am so happy and amazed with these mats. It’s like a miracle. So my son, his leg was hurting him real bad and I had him sleep on the mat And voilà. He felt better the next day. This absolutely does work, but you have to use the little plug-in thing to see if your room is grounded first because my living room was not grounded. That’s why it ended up in the bedroom in my bed because that room was grounded. And you can feel I don’t know it just feels like a tingle maybe on my legs when I lay my legs on it But honest to God it really is amazing. Now I’m trying to find sheets that I can afford for the whole family. And you can give it a try and I think you can return it if you don’t like it, but it is like a leather feel. It’s very thick and nice, but I put it in the bed under my legs. I know it’s meant to just put under your feet when you’re watching TV you’re at a desk, but you can lay on it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am so happy I purchased this grounding mat. First of all, it comes with an outlet tester and I'm so glad this was included with the mat, because one of my outlets wasn't working properly. I plugged into the properly working outlets per the tester. Second, after using this grounding mat for merely a few days, I started noticing a real difference. I could sleep better and longer. I could also feel my feet tingling a bit when they are on the mat. Nothing electrical, but I certainly feel a sensation in my feet and legs. Also I had some bruises on my legs that disappeared shortly after I started using this mat, when my bruises last a long time to heal. This mat is worth every penny and I feel calmer, more relaxed once I start using this mat. I am very happy with my purchase and I now look forward to using this mat every day. My body loves It!

I love this mat. I was sharing it with my dogs so I decided I just need to buy them their own. My older dog has some joint issues and I have noticed an improvement in his stiffness and limping since HE has been using the mat. I've noticed less bruising on myself (I bruise easily). The research behind grounding is awesome. Such a simple, cheap solution for improved health.

Over time I can tell a difference in my legs. My dog likes to lay on it as well, so that’s something! We use it more in the winter time. Durable material and super easy to use.

Purchased this for my husband. I have it in our bed under his feet. It is thin enough that it is not noticeable under the sheet. We do believe that there has been relief from pain and sleep has been better for it.

Don’t notice any difference

This is my first adventure with Grounding. I was planning an outdoor grounding spot and got overwhelmed. Kept on researching and decided on a pad to use while watching TV or working at desk. I got beginning instructions from Copilot and progress is good. I've upped beginning minutes from 20 to 30. Tingle to the knee caps!!! I do notice a difference in my stride when walking the dog five blocks. The 15 ft cord is great and allows for flexibility. I'm a senior citizen and the purchase fits into my current 30/30/30 diet program.

I tried this for my fibromyalgia. I didn't notice any difference. My husband tried it for neuropathy in his feet. He didn't notice any difference either. The size and quality are all good.
