Not sure why all the bad reviews. This is a great tankless water heater. Do your research and if u are not handy, call a pro because this needs hooked up to water, gas, electricity andintake/exhaust venting.Great value and performance. Makes a bit of noise from the internal fan, but only hear it in the utility room.

I would give 0 stars if I could! I bought this water heater barely over a month ago. I had it professionally installed. It was dead on arrival. I sent over $2000 to service repair people to try and fix it. They said it was not fixable. They contacted the manufacturer to no avail. I contacted Amazon to return it and they said the return window was closed just a few days ago. I was scammed by Rheem and Amazon. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!

This unit is noisy lol had to move it to the garage...had to install extra plumbing etc....best idea would be to get one that can be outside.....less venting etc.....be sure you have a good plumber and plenty of $$$ on hand!Other than that....it's working well but l hear it needs to be serviced like every 6 months.

Easy to install DIY and heats up fast and stays hot. Highly recommend. Had for over 6 months so far. Had another Rheem tankless heater for 13 years.

Incoming water is almost freezing and this warmed it up to 120 with no losss of flow
