I’ve been taking this for over a year and a half now. I take it at night, and I’ve been watching my diet and exercising. I’ve managed to reduce my cholesterol from 240 to 199. So I think it’s working. I really didn’t want to take statins, and since my cholesterol has been regularly been declining, my doctor is not requiring me to, so far. I’d recommend it with the caveat that you might also need to make some adjustments to your diet and increase physical activity to see results.

Competitively priced, standardized dose. I gave up Atorvastatin (Lipitor) to see if this Natural statin will work. I’ll get a blood test in a month or so and then post a follow-up to this one,

I ordered two bottles of this. I decided to stop taking my prescribed Cholesterol Meds and try this Red Yeast Rice. I took the capsule at 10 PM and went to bed. I woke up at 6:30 AM. My throat was swollen so much I could hardly swallow and I was having a hard time breathing. That’s when I decided to Google the Red Yeast Rice. I hope others take the time to read up on the negative possibilities before purchasing.
