Bought this commercial chip fryer for an outdoor summer festival.... needed the capability of 'frying-on-the-move'. Fryer its-self is O.K. its functional and does 'what it says on the tin'... however it’s not what I would call a robust bit of kit... it’s made of all stainless steel, but the fryer housing and the heating elements don't sit together particularly well... also the oil drain taps leak drips of oil on the 'off-position'.... also the other final but most important thing to be mindful of is that this apparatus combined with both fryers draws 6kws of electricity... and only comes with a 1.5m power cord, if you are thinking about using this as a portable device away from a direct power socket then be aware an extension cable from B&Q is not going to work.... it’s not nearly powerful enough and will keep tripping... I had to have 2 specialist extension cables manufactured from a specialist electrical company, one for each fryer at the cost of £100-00 in total.... it’s a hidden extra if you need this to work on the move....

Ordered the fryer, paid extra to get it here in 2 days, as I own a cafe and my previous fryer had broken and was left using extremely small fryers as I couldn't afford to be without any. Fryer arrived before delivery date which I was impressed with, set this up in the cafe, however the bracket which holds the temperature dial section was bent and would not sit properly, also is very wobbly, feet are different sizes, and the basket on one side the handle will not stay in, overall highly disappointed for the price paid.
