These FFWHKON 4 Pairs of Self-Adhesive Sneaker Heel Repair Patches have a very strong adhesive and are easy to use for a heel repair where it is easy to see where the patch needs to be and there is unobstructed room to place it there. It is much more tricky to try and repair the inside wall of a shoe where it is easy to feel where the patch should be, but not easy to see where exactly the patch should be once your hand with the patch goes into the shoe. The adhesive is so strong that it wants to bond with the first surface it touches, which in my case was not where the hole was.I would say the patches are great when you can see the hole and have easy access to cover the hole, which is the case for their description as a Sneaker Heel Repair Patch.

Use for my used down sneakers. They are very sticky and a great and cheap way to keep your runners or sneakers lot fresh for longer.

I bought these in white and black; used the white ones in my sneakers and the black ones in my boots. I don't know if it has to do with the quality of the patches or how I used them, but the white ones in my sneakers worked really great. The black ones basically ruined my boots: they came loose on the edges and stuck to my socks, and when I tried to remove them, the glue in the middle part of the patches was so strong that they ripped the boot lining. So now I have to get the boots re-lined professionally or throw them away, rather expensive either way.

I decided to try these on an old pair of trainers in case I make a mess of applying them (and because they had holes in the inner lining). It isn't immediately obvious how to attach the patches but I worked this out eventually. The real problem is that the adhesive so so strong that trying to get the patches in the right place is very tricky. Obviously, the plus point is that they should stick well. They address a need but maybe some useful hints about how to stick them in the right place would be helpful. I'll see how long these last and hope to add an update to the review after a while.

I had a pair of old trainers which had begun to cause painful rubbing at the heel. These patches have solved that problem. Time will tell how long this solution lasts, but for now my trainers are as good as new. Definitely a better option than throwing them away just because the fabric has worn down in one place.

Really works. Has helped cover up where my shoe has broken on the inside.
