Inbody review
Accuracy might not be the best for day to day (maybe) but amazing for overall trend and keeping track. Wish it had a desktop version of the app to look at my data instead of just the phone app.

Frustrating Experience with Inbody Dial H30 - App Compatibility Issues
I recently purchased the Inbody Dial H30, hoping to gain a comprehensive understanding of my body composition. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by significant compatibility issues with its companion app. While the physical quality of the device itself seems sturdy and well-designed, the main issue arises with the app connectivity. To my dismay, the app consistently fails to recognize the H30 model, only showing support for the H20 version. This flaw makes many of the scale's smart features inaccessible, as I cannot sync any data or track my progress. The absence of app support for the H30 model is a considerable drawback. It's quite disheartening to invest in a health and fitness gadget, only to discover that you cannot fully utilize its features due to software incompatibilities.Furthermore, my experience with customer service has been disappointing. It's been over a week since I reached out for assistance, and I've yet to receive any response. This lack of communication adds to the frustration and diminishes my overall satisfaction with the product. In conclusion, while the Inbody Dial H30 had the potential to be an excellent health tracking tool, the app compatibility issue greatly diminishes its utility. I advise potential buyers to verify app compatibility thoroughly before making a purchase, to avoid the kind of disappointment I've faced.

Inconsistent measurements - infrequent connectivity issues
I wanted to like this thing. It tracks all sorts of measurements, gives you a nice historical graph of your progress, and is generally easy to use. However, while I know the "science" of measuring body fat in this manner can produce some varying results, I fully expected this scale to be consistent when it came to the weight aspect. I could stand on it, get a measurement, let it go back to sleep, stand on it again, and get a measurement that was 4 or so lbs different. This really made me question the accuracy of any of the measurements. I found myself deleting more and more entries from the historical graph just so it didn't completely mess up the visual of overall improvement. We ended up relegating it under a cabinet somewhere and it'll probably stay there until it pesters me about a low battery. Shame, because I was looking forward to having something like this.=== Spittle's "Saliva Spectrum" Score ===### 2 Stars: Sour Secrete### Off-putting, leaves a bad aftertaste.

Wife loves it
My wife is a fitness coach and we both compete in powerlifting. Our old scale was pretty inaccurate so pulled the trigger on this one. We love it. The app works great too. And we weigh around the same the scale distinguishes between us every time without error

Solid BEI scale
Does what it says it will do. Works well as long as you understand the idiosyncrasies of bioelectric impedance (BEI) body composition analysis. That's also why I dinged it a star, though. They do not give you the ECW numbers to be able to determine how much hydration may be affecting the data on a particular measurement. That said, you've got it there at home, so you can figure out a consistent routine to try and take out the variability. Personally, every week or more, I wake up, get a drink of water and then my morning coffee. Let the coffee do it's job and on my way back from the toilet, use the scale. Should be in about the same state each time that way so the data is more consistent. I have compared with the much more expensive gym unit and the numbers agree well, although I miss the segmental analysis. The app is ... fine? It's slow and does what it does with very little choice for you on how you want to use or look at the data, but it shows it to you and does show the trends over time.

Save your money
I don’t personally like the scale. I find that it’s very inaccurate compared to other scales, including compared to my doctors. It also doesn’t pick up the additional data correctly - it can have huge swings in muscle/fat/waistline within minutes.

Just what the doctor ordered.
I bought this item on the recommendation of my weight loss doctor. It will allow me to keep the doctor informed of my body weight and makeup in my retirement as I travel across the country. Gotta try and stay on top of my health now that I'm in my mid-70s.
