Great for Exercising
Great for exercising. I'm a bigger guy but always get leg rub when I do long cardio, walking, hiking etc. Especially when it's hot. This works perfectly. Stays put even through workouts and prevents the nasty rub and the burning afterwards that come with it.

Good in theory, more pain in practice
Like it's a good idea but doesn't work. It's impossible to place them high enough without your butt cheek forcing them to roll down. If you put them low enough that your butt is out of the way, there is a big chafe zone on your upper thighs. If it is too humid, they stick to each other. The quality was good but they were not comfortable at all and made chafing worse as they moved around and rolled down. I don't have a large butt either, just narrow hips and thicker thighs, which causes chafing.

Effective in preventing rubbing
These have been very useful when wearing dresseswhen it is very hot and humid out. Stay up fairly well and not super obvious that you're wearing them. I had a pair of the lace style, which look prettier but if you wear two at the same time it sounds like you're wearing corduroy pants when you walk and wearing only one resulted in significant chafing to the point of creating a wound. This style is not as loud when they rub together.

these bands don't begin to stay in place. they end up as tiny rolls of fabric on your thigh.

I was skeptical at first, but these thigh bands are awesome. I walk and run a lot, and they totally stop the chafing. Super comfy and stay in place, but getting the right size is crucial for them to work properly. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with this issue!
