Yes, like others, it is not exactly 25 ft... when expanding, left to its own devices.However, and this is a big "however", who cares?This hose is bomb-diggity compact and super light; good-if-not exceptional hardware (*AL, but nicely finished); nice woven exterior; excellent "little big shot" compact nozzle, although I bought alternative "rain shower" for software watering when needed....I am able to keep this in a small seed-start greenhouse rack on the bottom shelf and it takes up less room than a box of miracle grow plant food.Bravo for a compact design. Works well out of the box. I am looking forward to the durability and longevity test and see if this holds up for me over time.

This hose It really expends very quickly and I really love the small form when it's not in use . The water pressure its great, it doesn't leak, The hose its very light and the same time very durable, For us its just on a perfect size and easy to use, I can reach the whole yard, I really recommend !

I’m giving this 1 star because it is a functional hose, but that’s where the quality of this thing stops. It’s not at all what it says it is, though. It does not extend to 25 feet — in fact, it doesn’t extend at all. It’s 10 feet max, and that’s really pulling it while water’s running through it. It was comically short. My husband and I were cracking up.
