I’ll be honest this product is pretty good.I really got it because it says it helps with PMS breakouts! I am in my 30s and I still break out bad when it’s that time of the month but since I started taking this I don’t breakout anymore and if I do it’s not bad. As far as how it affects my cycle, it does make it a little heavier but it’s not a big difference.

Not going to lie I wish they tasted better because honestly it does taste like plastic lol but I will say they work! I started them on Thursday morning about 7am and by 12pm I was doing laundry and cleaning the house! I felt horrible before taking these. I was all over the place crying and in cramp hell! But the pain got easier to handle and the bleeding slowed down by 12pm first day! I took ibuprofen and first time while on my period I wasn’t in pain!! The only complaint I have is the taste!

My niece love these I bought it for her and she said she's going to go back and get some and it helps her pH balance and it helps a PMS and she loves it and she don't have no smell at all and that's a great thing

I was very excited to try this product since it was advertised everywhere I looked. I bought this product because I get disabling cramps during my period. Also, I get bad mood swings a couple of days before I get my period. I was hoping for a cure for both of these issues. Instead, I began to get spotting in an unusual color that I was not used to, and nothing else had changed. I thought it may have been an early period but my period has always been regular and on point, I was spotting only a week and a half after my period, and then again a week after that. I also had cramps the entire time I was taking it when the spotting would start. My mood got so bad it ended my relationship. My ex told me that I had been constantly ramping up for the past couple of weeks and he couldn't understand how everything was becoming his fault. I stopped taking the pills after the spotting but the damage is still here and now I am working on fixing what this product broke within me and my life. Something that was supposed to do me good did me so much harm. I am currently on my actual period now, the pain is immense, and it's not a regular flow like it was before. I can only hope that my body will return to normal from not taking this garbage with time. I will not recommend Flo products, I will more than likely deter people from buying it after everything I've been through this past month.

Excelentes!!! Se me quitaron los granos, la cara se me ve mas limpia y mi ciclo mestrual se me acomodo a 4 dias regulares, cuando soy de las personas que les baja mucho con cuavulos y les duraba la mestruacion asta 8 dias y ahora con las gomitas ya solo me dura 4 dias y me baja lo normal.
