Amazing color!!

Very disappointed!
The tech support is great, however the product is horrible! I bought this in October of 2024, and from day one had to replace the motherboard. Here we are in April and had to replace the pump and stirring motor and was just told I needed to replace the print head. This printer has had more down time than RUN TIME because of the faulty equipment!🤬😡

I had an issue with my printer, not printing the white on the back. I contacted Ink Sonic set up an appointment. I had to change it due to me not being able to be back at home. They adjusted the time for me with no problems. Mr. Poppy got on WhatsApp with me and got into my computer and fix the issue the best part was he did not leave or have any attitude towards the issue and stayed with me until it was completely fixed. For spending this type of money on this product and having the best customer service is a big plus in my book.!

Update-problem fixed. Now worthy of the stars.
The media could not be loaded. After sitting there looking at the printer for the last 3 months, I finally took some time to set up. I read the manual, watched the video from the flash drive and then watched it again. For the most part, everything went smoothly. I did have to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver. The colors are very vibrant.The negative- the white ink will not print. I spent a few hours this evening trying to figure out and will more than likely try to get a hold of technical service.***update***I pulled out the white ink sacs (they are different then the other colors) and noticed that they were missing the tips. Thankfully, InkSonic sends extra parts, so I was able to fix. Now it works great.

Staying connected even after call was ended
Thanks Jessica for all your help even when I was getting frustrated and got off the call cause I couldn't get a part to come loose but after getting off the phone I finally got it off and I text her that I did and she still was there to help me. Customer Service will stay with you until the end.

cleaning unit needs improvement
barely had a week and stopped working. Not very impressed with what i was going have to pay and only getting a refund of 737.
