I never thought about taking marshmallow root for bladder problems but someone mentioned it to me so I just went for a cheap option in case it didn't work. I took these for 2 days and it stopped my problem, I would not be without this product. It is small enough to easily to swallow and I do recommend this highly as why pay more when you can get the results cheaper.

It is great that these are made in the UK and that they come in a resealable pouch. They have a good shelf life and are not too large to swallow. I feel these are good value for the investment of £5.99

I have used Marshmallow root for years as a loose tea and whilst it is helpful it does have a rather unique taste which while not unpleasant its not something I enjoy first thing in the morning so having the same in a capsule with no aftertaste is useful, the pill size is ok and easy to take, over time I will know if it is as effective as the loose version.
