Please read before purchasing: I bought this product for my bichon frise rescue doggie who suffers from separation anxiety recently. Although this product's description states specifically it will help with that, it did absolutely nothing for my dog. Followed the instructions exactly. Nothing! Not at all calm when I left the house (she is deaf so she didn't hear me). Not at all calm as I sat on the front porch for 1/2 hour listening to her cry and bark; then mostly crying. Every passer by could hear her, too. She never cries or barks when I'm home with her. Sadly, this product can't be returned, so I'm writing a review you should read before purchasing: no help with dog anxiety, no returns.

My dog loves the taste of this. It has a sticky feel , and it’s loose but viscous so be careful taking it out it tends to drip from the Doppler easily . Overall I believe it helps her sleep at night when she’s having coughing fits and the taste also distracts her from coughing . I don’t have to use it every night so it’s lasting a good while

I must admit this product seems to work , but it is impossible to use without creating a horrible sticky mess. I have had to wash it off multiple times with hot water. It doesn’t dispense well because it’s so sticky, and I lose a lot of the product because it winds up on the sides.

I have a rescue dog with health problems that are being addressed with his veterinary care. As the days have become shorter he started becoming restless at night. He would wander and get stuck in corners, under chairs and by other obstacles in his path. He was unable to figure out how to get himself out of these situations without help. Very similar to sun down syndrome in humans. I ordered this melatonin and herbal mixture to see if it would help. After 2 weeks of use along with training he is resting better and is able to get out of most situations that confused him. That’s the good.Here are my concerns. I don’t know how much quality control this product has. At the recommended dose of 2 ml to 3 ml for his weight, he was too sedated and he drooled a lot. I have reduced the amount he gets twice a day to 4 DROPS on his food. This stuff is very thick and sticky and gets on the outside of the bottle just by taking the dropper lid out of the bottle. However, it is doing what was needed and that is for him to rest well and to help him hear my guiding commands to get himself out of confusing situations.

So far I don’t see any improvement. Like someone said, this isn’t really for the anxiety as it’s stated. And the dropper is very hard to use. Sorry but Personally I don’t recommend it for anxiety relief of your fur baby.
