Great Company!!!!
I can't praise this company enough!! This printer was bought for our elementary school. The exact same one we had (actually this ended up being a slight upgrade)went out and we still had $1200 worth of ink left. You just can't throw that out! So we bought this printer and this company has been the best with customer service in making sure we were completely happy with our purchase and were great to make sure everything worked just as it should. The printer does not work properly.
The printer makes noise as if it is going to break down. The print quality is quite poor. Every two or three pages a page prints with a terrible mark...looks like something is rubbing against paper. This is the second refurbished printer I have purchased. I decided to change vendor the second time since the first time the printer came in and looked like toner had exploded in it. This printer was dirty on the outside and needed cleaning. No toner at all....I can understand this. My lesson? NEVER EVER BUY A REFURBISHED PRINTER! Very unhappy with this order. I have to make due because I need a printer, but really??? Refurbished products should be refurbished, not touched up.
