I’ve been using this cleaning robot for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with its performance, especially when it comes to cleaning up pet hair. The suction power is strong enough to pick up even the finest hairs from carpets and hardwood floors. The dustbin fills quickly, but it’s easy to empty. The ILIFE T20s Pro seems to be a very efficient robotic vacuum cleaner. It does its job well and collects even the finest of dust particles. The machine is easy to operate and assemble, and the mobile app interphase also is very user-friendly. Its mapping system is efficient and scans the area well. The machine responds nicely to the commands given through the app.ILIFE also provided a personal demo which can be scheduled according to the customer's choice. Grateful to Ms. Riya who assisted me in the setting up of the machine as well as the familiarisation of the mobile application.Overall, I believe the ILIFE T20s Pro will be a valuable asset in keeping the home clean.

The product works really well. It does what it promises. Given below are my observations after around 2months.Pros:1. The brush and mop works well. It cleans the designated area fine.2. The machine has various suction powers which helps cleaning as per the requirement.3. The battery life is good, it cleans my apartment in 55mins approx and it is of 1150sq super built up.4. Water usage is also less, it cleans the whole area in less than 1glass of water(200 ml).5. The app has restrict area and virtual wall feature which stops the bot to go to a designated area.6. If we keep using the bot everyday, we can clean the dust storage every 2 days. It also depends on how much dust is there in the floor.7. The mop works well, but we can't expect it to clean dried stains on floor as it cant put pressure like we can while cleaning manually.8. The timer feature is also good. I keep the machine ready and go to sleep and set the timer 1hr before I wake up. So when I wake up, I get a freshly sept and mopped room.9. Works with smart home like Alexa as well. Till now I have been able to explore only the smart clean feature with Alexa, not others. I am sure we can use clean specific rooms and schedule cleaning type of triggers.Cons:1. The higher suction power can't be used, because the air vent is at side rather than pointing up, which throws away the floor dust randomly below the furnitures before vacuuming.2. Not sure if there is a water level sensor, because it happened with me that water tank became empty but still it kept on mopping dry rather than giving an error.3. It will sweep the edges of room fine but cant mop because of the circular shape. Around 2 inches from wall won't get mopped.4. Because of its circular shape seeping doesn't happen every time at the corners. 90degree corners still work sometimes, but if the angle is lesser than that, it will not work.Overall it is my 1st cleaning robot and the with price range, it works really well.
