Cheap but does the job
Can definitely tell it’s not genuine as feels quite cheap but it does the job and you get what you pay for when not being genuine!

Do not waste your money ! Hose always come off my Hetty , sir comes out the top of the hose and hoover head is so small ! Just been made really cheap so don’t waste your money on this got to try send it back now fun fun fun

Not my best purchase
This was a little disappointing. There are very small issues not enough to return it, but I would not purchase again. The hose has an open and close opening that I can’t make it stay closed - which would improve the suction. There is no clip to hold the metal pipe to the vacuum - I used the one from the original parts different dimension!
