These are great for keeping Specialty Red Pepper Flakes from Sicily handy for sprinkling with perfect size holes. I do not like the taste of Cayenne Pepper and I think it ruins any flavor when it is used, so I was very surprised to figure out that almost all Red Pepper Flakes use 99% Cayenne Peppers. Not in Italy though --thank goodness for Italians. They use Organic Sicilian Red Pepperoncini and crush those flakes. So I purchased 2 bags of peppers and crushed them myself. Sharing with a friend so I bought the jars for presentation. THANK YOU FOR A Quality Jar with a great stainless steel lid that is stable at a good price.

I use for zaatar, a Middle East table herb mix. Works great.

I'm a freak for dried pepper flakes, and so I have one shaker by my stove and one on the table. These are great!

Purchased as a gift for Red Pepper flakes. So far I have heard good things. Slot size is nice for pepper flakes.

I have purchased about 4 sets. I use the larger slotted jar for parmesan cheese. It allows for a larger amount of cheese to come through the slots. It's perfect.

A shaker for chilli flakes that actually works.

I use it for pepper flakes and it's great to have at the table. They come out at a good rate and this seems durable.
