Purchased at the end of April 2025. So far it is an excellent unit. Quiet enough and really cools down the room. Easy set up. Easy to move around on it’s wheels. It has a drainage hose, not self-evaporating, so i have it raised on a heavy old wooden wine case-wine had long since been enjoyed. Hose out the window for drainage. So i’m very pleased. Fingers crossed it works well for several years.

Works amazingly. It is quiet and keeps room super cold. Has remote but we don't use it. Easy to set up. Would buy again.

Amazing especially for a portable! The dehumidifier is fantastic! The noise level is what is to be expected with this kind of unit, but we'll worth the price! It has cooled (70°) the whole downstairs of our house-about 1100 sq ft-in a very hot, humid environment, and we usually keep it on low speed! We realized it works more efficiently when installing the drain hose during heat waves. Highly recommend this unit!

We use this in between a total remodel of our AC system and it did not disappoint. It cooled our large house very nicely. The only con, is you have to have low windows. If your windows are higher, you'll have to set the unit on top of something in order to vent it out. The wheels made it easy to move. It wasn't very loud. It functioned very well for the size of the unit. It also would shut off once the room got to the desired temperature, which was a plus.

This product was easy to install. So far it has performed well! It has really pumped out the cold air! I am a little worried about what the electric bill will be because it has been extremely hot outside. I will let you folks know if this is a sipper or a gulper!

What a game changer! This GEM worked perfectly right out of the box. It made my bedroom super chilly within just minutes and i can not believe how quiet it is. I couldn't be happier and an so glad I made this purchase. I was a little leary because it is a "no name" air conditioner but this is an awesome machine. If you're "worried" or "On the fence" about buying it.... DO IT! You won't be disappointed!! Aawwweee!!!

We purchased this 12,000 BTU unit last August 2024. . This portable unit is great for cooling off a room. Easy to install and use. The only downside is the noise level. It is noisy. But I would rather have some noise than be hot. Yes, I do recommend to purchase because it really does the job of cooling the room quickly and efficiently.
