Q: Is that fabric or leather?

I believe it was a hard plastic or something. I sent the product back. I hated it.

Q: Does the built microphone have block out noise? Works for meetings?

It's good for the price but the other person might hear you a little as if you where talking through an old telephone. They're great for music and like daily use but I would not recommend them for a meeting JUST because it might cause some troubles.

Q: Music cuts in a out while in wifi .... any answers ?

When listening to music with my Ijoy headset I don’t use wifi I just connect it to my phone using my phone data
