really works, but you have to put the recommended amount. I was suprised. i used it in bathtub after 5k race. first couple times, didn't notice anything, but i also wasn't putting the recommended amount, 3rd time, i did exactly the 6 cups in bathtub, in warm/hot water, stayed in there about 15 minutes, and it really did soothe my legs. It's only a temp relief, to be transparent, but it did give immediate relief. Huge bag too, but i would still use it sparingly, as 6 cups a time, takes a chunk out of the bag, pretty fast!

I bought this to make magnesium oil. Its perfect and will last a long time.

I have a lot of inflammation in my body and I work in a factory where we are using our joints all the time. I have been at this factory for 24 years and it has taken a toll on my body. This brand of Magnesium flakes is very good and felt awesome when I soaked in the tub. I highly recommend it.

Good product for the money

I think these are my favorite soaking salts. My beloved spent a lifetime working in construction and has aches and pains aplenty. Nothing helps so much as a good soak. These flakes dissolve readily and I don’t know what the formulation is but they’re just the best of all for that life changing bath. Ahhhhhhh…. You deserve these.

Have not used it yet. But it arrived in great condition. It's a good value for the price. I'm using it to make a magnesium spray for my leg cramps at night.
