Avenger A2033FKIT Steel 40-Inch C-Stand with Grip Kit (Chrome)

These stands are military grade! Solid all around. I put a Westcott Rapid Box Octa XXL -- along a Streaklight 360 -- with sandbags on the boom without any problems in mild windy conditions. I am glad I bought these instead of the lower cost ones -- extra $50!. These stands feel so solid!

This is a great C-Stand. I already owned a black one, and decided to get a chrome one as well. Though this stand is very sturdy and does what I need, I'm a bit annoyed at the misleading image they had used showing it with a removable turtle base. I see the image has changed now but that's really my only complaint and not a reason to knock any stars off.

Picture shows a Turtle Base C-Stand but it actually is not. FYI

Very sturdy. Heavy duty construction. My ONLY complaint, if you can even call it that, is that I would have liked it to be able to hold TWO lights - one on the boom and the other on the main stand. However, the construction doesn't allow for any additional room to attach another light when you have the boom on. Still, I recommend it over the typical light stands you get with the cheaper light kits sold here on amazon.

I dont know of any of stand that measure the pristine performance of the Avenger C stand!! The best stuff on earth man!!Yeah its a little heavy and a bit pricey but those are things you will soon for get about after your first use!! You have true versatility with this thing!!

This is the c-stand I will pass on to my kids because it's constructed so well I'll never need to buy a new one. What a great buy. If you don't use c-stands for your photo shoots, you're really missing out.

Every photo studio should have multiples of these. I don't how I go along without them before making this purchase. I hate the twenty word requirement for these reviews. It is simply a great and necessary product for any photographer.
