Works well to keep nostrils moisturized.

Boroleum has always been a staple in my family growing up in the 1960's and now I realize how great this product works. I have been recovering from a respiratory infection which produced a bleeding and extremely dry nose with lots of congestion. Looked all over - stores like your local pharmacy no longer carry Boreleum and I did not want to use the prescription that starts with an F as it was out of reach financially and came with lots of side effects. I ordered Boroleum last evening from Amazon and this afternoon received in mail. Just put on with a q tip in both nostrils and I feel relief already - it is moisturizing the nasal cavity already. I purchased two tubes as I don't want to be without - husband will also be using for his sinus infection. A million thanks to Amazon - you rock -

I tried many of these products for dry nose. This one, along with rhinase, are the only ones that work adequately for me. All others dry out my nose even more. One thing to keep in mind - boroleum is balm-based so for most efficacy, your nostrils should have some moisture (i.e., water) before applying it. This is because it seals the skin barrier so whatever is underneath gets trapped. if your nose is already dry, it is not going to work as well and you might actually end up feeling more uncomfortable. It is best to put it after shower or washing your face. The only downside is it is a bit pricey.

I use this product during the winter time. My nose gets so stuffy and this seems to clear up my nasal path.

I was looking for a product that my mother had in the house when I was living at home. Came across this and tried it. Wow! I'm thrilled. During the winter months, my nostrils will sometimes crack due to the cold weather and dryness in the house or when I have a nosebleed. It works great. My lip cracked recently from not drinking enough and I used the Boroleum for a couple of days after reading the label more thoroughly. What a blessing to have my lip heal up so quickly.

What a relief!I use it before bedtime and in mid morning, sometimes in mid afternoon if it’s extra dry. The scent isn’t overpowering and has good consistency. Highly recommend.

It's a great product and works very well, but it takes an annoyingly absurd amount of time to get it. Make sure to order more well before you run out.
