Product works well
The product works well. It adheres to the particle board as I expected. The material could be a little bit thicker. It is exactly 3/4 of an inch, which is perfect for the melamine I used.My only issue was whoever packaged it in the Amazon package, forgot to seal it. When I picked up the package, it was empty! Using the automated system, I was able to have another one sent next day.

Allows for custom fit and finish of shelving
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It was cheaper to cut our own shelves from sheets of melamine to the exact size vs trying to buy them ready made. The melamine edging was easy to fit and apply to finish up the edges for a nice custom look.

Not 3/4"
Stuff is obviously metric. Just short of 3/4 " will probably work for 5/8" material. But useless on 3/4

Great product!
The media could not be loaded. Almost everyone I know has some white laminated furniture of some kind somewhere in their house. We have some Ikea furniture and other items , on which the edges have broken or are so old they need to be replaced. This tape works like a wonder. Others have noticed it is brittle. This is true at the beginning, when you are applying it. You have to be careful (see video I made here) but you can use the hot iron to repair almost anything the way I showed in my video. You just apply the hot iron and wrinkles or even cuts are repaired. You get enough tape to redo almost anything that happens at a later time. Highly recommended.
