I haven't had gluten or dairy in nearly 10 years. I was very sick, every time I ate, vomit. Anyway! I was going to Portugal and wanted to cry cos I'd be missing out on so much (PASTELS!) yum food. I was also scared of the language barrier and whether I'd be able to convey my needs. I had no idea anything like this existed! I tested them at home before the trip. Just a bit of bread...nothing! Then I tried vanilla ice cream...nada! Went to Portugal and took one before every meal and didn't get sick, NOT ONCE! I ate PASTA! CROISSANTS! I am SHOCKED. I will buy these FOREVER. Just great to have around for restaurants/occasions/vacations. I wouldn't use them every day, but great for when you're not sure what you're consuming or WANT to consume! For example, I'm having REAL BIRTHDAY CAKE this year! 😉

Based on the reviews I was expecting it to be a super powerful formula ( and was in fact worried if the ATPro would make me sick like some people complained). I found none of this. It is definitely stronger than the digest basic, but I can't tell by how much. Personally, I am still trying to find a combination of products that works for me. I have found probiotics to be better than digestive enzymes, although I will continue using enzymes to figure out the right dose, brand etc. that works best for me. I would give this 5 stars, but I'm giving 4 because its weaker than I had set my expectations to.

One of my coworkers is going to school to be a dietician and she sees a naturopathic doctor-- she told me to purchase these and that they would help a lot. I was skeptical, because I have Ulcerative Colitis and what works for "normal" people can usually harm me. So after 2 weeks of research, I decided to finally try it. Today was my first day, and I've tried it twice with meals. Now, I've been on a bone broth/water/Gatorade diet because I can't tolerate foods. Any food. Even baked chicken and rice was bothering my stomach. If I ate, 5 minutes after I was running to the bathroom with watery D. EVERYTHING, even room temp water, was stimulating motility and causing me to run for the throne. Anyway, after being tired and in a bad mood ALL DAY, I went over to my dads to see if family might make me feel better. Nope. Lol. They just irritated me. Obviously I had low blood sugar. He had made Chicken Cattiotorie earlier, so I decided to try some. I got Digest Gold out of my purse and took one with my first bite of food. NOT EVEN A TUMMY RUMBLE. Not a gurgle, not a burp, nada. Ate the little bit at 9:30 til I was full along with some Gatorade. Didn't need to use the restroom until an hour later. What?!?!?! I literally forgot what that feels like. He gave me some to take home. It's now 12:46a and I'm hungry. Had some again with another enzyme about 20 minutes ago and I'm still a-ok! Wtf?! I'm so confused and happy and don't know what to think. I'm hoping I can use this to start incorporating more foods into my diet because I'm clearly malnourished and losing weight pretty quickly. I'll keep taking them to see how it goes. It feels wonderful to be full with real food in my stomach! Usually I can't tolerate tomato sauce, but with this pill, I guess I can. Please give it a try. I'm in love with this stuff. The only thing I dislike is that the bottle only came with 21 capsules. I'll use that in a week! Lol

My husband liked this brand but way too expensive. I found comparable digestive enzymes with similar ingredients for a fraction of of the cost. My husband likes the new brand, thankfully, so I’ll continue buying and saving a lot of money.

This product has been a help in digesting meals when they are heavier, my gastroenterologist feels they don't work but I have noticed a difference and so have other friends who recommended them. Have purchased twice and keep in my purse to take when dining out.

Extreme Weakness, extreme heaviness of the feet and hands. At the height of it I couldn’t move my feet and or hands, or they move very very weakly. I took one pill about 12pm, it's now 3.49pm and I’m just about regaining my hands. My feet are still very very chilled like its been stored in really cold fridge. It's summer, I don't have AC on and I'm really cold. For me this is been like a visit to the land of the dead. Honestly I was praying, watching my blood pressure and ready to call 911. I thank God that I'm coming out of it. I’m even more surprised that effect lasted this long, maybe it’s a slow release.To be honest it did work with my digestion but it nearly killed me doing that and I had only one pill. My body is not squeamish about anything. I don't even have the diarrhea that some people complained about so unless this is an isolated event this drug shouldn't be in circulation. The symptom mimicked a semi-coma state and anything that will cause such symptom is likely to have lasting impact on the central nervous system which is far far far worse than indigestion. I pray this is an isolated event, for the sake of mankind.
