Instant relief on knees , not sure how long they will last , very soft and a bit flimsy but so far so good 1 week on.

Do not buy - returns policy
Do not buy. People are ordering these out of pain. I wanted to try them and they don’t fit my foot. The company does not even let you return them. I barely wore them for 10 minutes. Do not buy. Very poor.

Great product for bad feet
I have a problem with my ankles and these insoles provide great heel and arch support which means I can walk around without looking like an 80 year old.
