I have ordered this product twice in a row and both times I never received it!!! If I order it again will the same thing happen??

As a buyer, you have the choice to purchase from any of these vendors. If you add the item to your cart, Amazon may choose which vendor ships your item. Some of the sellers may have the item on back-order so that could be a reason why your item never arrived. Or, perhaps the item was lost in transit. It is water but it has natural silica in it which is great for detoxing heavy metals

What's the shelve life?

I don't know that the product has a shelf life. There are no dates stamped on the product or packaging.
