how tall are these if i was holding theme in my hand?

I have them put away now but if I remember correctly they range from about 1 1/2” through about 4 1/2” tall.

Can I use a slingshot?

Absolutely. Small target. But they are think enough metal you should be fine

Can it be use for 22 lr?

I used 22 COlibri 20 grain POWDERLESS in my 10/22 on these targets today. They handled the low energy round well.
