I heard of Berberine a long time ago but never tried it. I found this brand here on Amazon and thought I would try it because it had great reviews. I have a very sensitive system and can't have products that have fillers, etc because I immediately react poorly. I LOVE THIS STUFF!! No fillers and it works so great! I have been taking this for about 2 months so I have had time to really see if it is good or not. It works on so many levels and is subtle. I have a big blood sugar problem and was taking gymnema that was given to me by my nature path, but I found I was taking more and more of it but the blood sugar was still high. This berberine completely takes care of my blood sugar so it is in normal range now. But the big difference I see is I am not depressed anymore. I am actually happy! That happened about a month into taking this and was so subtle, that I realized one day that I was actually happy. I ran out of this berberine and ordered more and when not taking it I could feel myself going back into worrying and depression. I got the new bottle and started again and was happy again. I don't care if I need to take this for the rest of my life- this is a great product and does the job! I feel so good on this!**UPDATE** April 14, 2018. I still think this is the best! I am going to a naturopath who put me on “doctor” products that had berberine in them. So I decided to stop taking this berberine around November of last year. I had been loosing weight like crazy on this, but I figured I am still getting berberine so I will be ok. Well the weight loss screeched to a halt, and by the end of February I was trying to figure out what changed. I finally started taking this berberine again and whoosh! the weight loss started again. I feel so good on this and my body just loves it. I feel happy and my blood sugar is good and the weight just drops off and nothing else has changed. I can’t recommend this product enough and again I give it 5 stars.

I find this the best one that truly works and is affordable I seen a review and decided to try it , sure enough it helps breaks down after you eat a high carb meal that may spike up blood sugar..I now take 2 tabs 30 minutes before eating and if I forget I’ll take 2 after mealGreat product! Nothing else is in it but berberine and that’s what I look for good quality, tested and true

I'm glad I purchased this product cause I had been wanting to incorporate berberine in my supplements regiment for awhile. I feel the craving curb and I'm looking forward to some weigh loss in the future. Some of my pants are a little looser in the waist.👍🏽So far so good. Easy to swallow, but the capsules are a little larger than expected. I will update in a couple months.

I have been taking this for a few weeks and I feel like my weight is coming off faster than it usually does when I diet and exercise. So, that's been pretty cool.However, the flavor is bad. Not absolutely horrible, but not pleasant. I notice it every time I take it. I have to have my water ready in hand and don't let those capsules sit in my mouth one micro-second longer than needed.

There are a lot of things that Berberine will help you with. For me I was wanting to help control my blood sugar. I had recently had a A1C of 12.5, and my fasting BS was 315, which was way too high.Well I started the low carb, low sugar diet as well as cut out milk, white gravy, bread etc. you know the usual things.After 30 days, my blood sugar had improved, but NOT to where I wanted it to be. In comes Berberine. I started taking two capsules in the morning, one at lunch and one at bed time. At first I didn't think it was working, but hey I had bought a bottle, so I was going to use it.Then one day, my blood sugar started to go down. Now 60 days later, I'm averaging a 93 fasting blood sugar, and the only difference was Berberine. Sure I have lost weight, and continue to eat sensibly, but the biggest difference has been the Berberine.In fact when I went on a weekend trip, and forgot my Berberine, my blood sugar rose a few point, and didn't come back down until I got home and started taking it again.So what I have found is that everyone is different in how products affect them. Some my find that this does nothing, but for me, it was a life changer. YMMV.I have found this to be a reasonably affordable item, especially for what it does. I also found that I don't have to color my hair as often, joints feel better, and little to no side effects (after your/my body gets use to it).Again YMMV, but with all the positives, give it a shot. Just remember it took 30 days for it to make a change, and when it did, boy did it. You may see results in more or less time, but just give it a shot, you most likely will be pleased with the results, I know I am.

I am so glad I decided to try this. This stuff is amazing with weight management and weight loss. My husband and I both take it. I have definitely experienced weight loss, shrinking of belly fat as well as back fat shrinkage. I am on my second bottle. I don't always take or need two a day because it completely takes my appetite away and I find myself going through a whole day without eating. We have not had any side effects. It works, you must be patient. Not a miracle pill, yet it can jumpstart your weight loss journey. I recommended to my girlfriend and she is now using. Highly recommend. Please keep in mind this is my own personal experience. I don't recommend anything unless I know that it works. To me it's worth the money.
