Feels good in hand!!
What is there not to say about the Hyenas!!! It arrived sharp out the box, and it has a nice heft to it not over but it feels just right in the hand. The ergonomics are awesome I the a regular long hand and the handle gripped me just right. The length and width I believe are perfect for the task at hand. Over all just a great product and I invest in another Nedfloss product!!! This is what I'm saying," our ancestors didn't go around looking for top grade steel as long as it can be forged and polished, and shared you had the advantage, and this piece of steel feels good in the hand!!!

Ness Foss knife
This knife is great. It fits my hand well, doesn't slip. This color blue is my favorite, the design is cool. The knife is really sharp really sharp. The case can't be beat. Holds the knife like a thief in the night. Little over 3 1/2 inches long.

mostly fine!
The knife is rather heavy with a huge chunk of metal. im not sure if its to help with the perhaps unperfect machining or metallurgy but at least it feels like it can take a beating, which is all id ask from such a knife.-Handle: pretty good really, good grip for my average hands, you can use you thumb to hold the hill/pommel if you push in while fighting a bear or something, or hammer on it.- Blade machining is cheap but functional. plenty of machine nicks, and on mine 1 blemish and 1 rather unsightly scratch in the blade in addition the tiny and less noticeable scratches all over. if this knife was 20usd more id return it just for that. its obviously rushed and not made by the greatest knife maker. but at 35usd, meh. you can polish it out in 20min if youve got the right tools, which i did.- Blade shape isnt bad but the pointy bit is very pointy and might break eventually, at which point ill just reshape it. this is fine as long as you dont abuse it too much, i think.- sharpening was.. fine. mine still had a partial burr which 2 seconds in a ceramic rod fixed. then i resharpened it anyway to have smooth edges instead of the rather rough machine sharpening this knife has- Sheath is.. pretty good. nice click, can be moved horizontally, has a fairly secure clip, no complains other than that mine was dirty. could have been a return since it had some unsighty scratches i guess, but could very well have been the factory too.All in all would i recommend this knife? if you know how to sharpen, dont mind the weight and polish, absolutely, spend 20min and this looks like a 80usd knife. if you dont it still fine but remember that its price is low for a reason. functionally though itll be fine!if not id look at coldsteel and other somewhat cheap companies that have perfect polishing, edge, blade shape and are lighter - likely due to better heat treatment to be honest. theyre also often more expensive than this and with a worth sheath.

Great entry camp knife
The media could not be loaded. A very well built and heavy duty knife for the price. It is heavier then it looks and feels very solid. The blue grips really look nice.

Amazing little bushcraft package.
Okay, this whole kit is everything I expected. The knife itself looks great and comes razor sharp (I didn't think it would be as sharp as it is and now have a shaved patch on my outer thigh.) It's well balanced and I can't wait to use it. The sheath is well made and works great. The ferro rod is big enough to use for several seasons on outdoor adventures. 10/10. I went a step further and attached 2 small neodymium magnets to the 2 screws that hold the belt sheath together and they hold the rod striker PERFECTLY. The only real thing I can say is, throw in 2 small round neodymium magnets to hold the striker to the sheath and this would be a perfect product

Great hard use camp knife
The good: Lots of value for the money on this knife. If your goal is a hard use camp knife, I strongly recommend this one. Nice thick blade, perfect for a backpacker to use for batoning and splitting small logs into firewood. Holds its edge pretty well, and the sheath is really good. The bad: gimping sucks (not totally worthless). In a perfect world I want a little deeper choil, but it’s pretty good. The handle feels good at the fingers, but G10 scales are really wide and make the handle feel square between the fingertips and the palm. If you are not afraid to modify your scales, I suggest sanding it down a little, but from the factory it is good enough. The weight of the knife is heavy around the handle, so the lock on the sheath feels imbalanced; but didn’t bother me since I mounted the knife upside down.

seems like good build quality, especilly for the price.
Great knife for the money, very sharp, and I really like the blue colored handle though I really wish the blade was 4 inches long. It was also more rugged with a thicker blade than I expected.

Great knife
I know it’s not a perceived as a super high quality expensive knife but it certainly feels like one and I find it beautiful and it fits my hand so PERFECTLY really like this knife.
