Why does the price say 19.99 and when I click on it... it says 26.98? What?

Just measured the one we bought last year and the pouch is as close to 9" wide, 5" tall and 1" deep. Zipper to access inside the pouch is 6 1/2" long. There's a headphone/charger access port on front bottom left of pouch. Hope this helps. Wife uses it almost everyday on her trike handlebars and loves it.

Does this fit the uppababy ridge?

It should. I have a the baby jogger city2 double stroller and it works great.
