Diagnosed w/early stage Bladder Cancer five years ago, I researched and found that Maitake is a specific that inhibits bladder cancer cell growth. I have tried 8 or 9 different brands of Maitake, mostly organically grown. Longevity has a good story, ie high quality beta D-glucans, etc., but what makes Longevity my clear #1 favorite is the TASTE. I eat it straight because I so love its flavor. If it wasn't so expensive I'd eat it all day everyday. No other brand of Maitake and no other type of mushroom ever tasted so good to me. I'm completely cancer free, and no way to tell if the Maitake has helped. I was eating lots of broccoli sprouts, which are also specific for bladder cancer.

I purchased this product because I know that maitake mushroom is good for immunity. So far I have no issues with it and it's easy on my stomach.

this product does not dissolve in hot tea; even using an electric mini whisk and stirring while drinking, it settles to the bottom. It is best used in a thick shake. I didn’t find the flavor objectionable, just the product I paid for attached to the bottom of my mug.

I’ve been using this daily, and I’ve noticed a very marked difference in my energy levels. I had to recommend it to anyone.

The grind of this powder is super fine to a point that it's difficult to manage. Wouldn't buy again.
