I purchased the square cover June 18th last year. The cover has torn just from water laying on it. How do I request warranty ?

I received excellent customer service via the amazon buyer-sellers messaging service for the same issue. If you click on a Seller's name and select the "Ask a question" option, that allows you to get into contact with the seller about how to address the warranty.

Has anyone had luck tenting the cover in the middle? The chair backs are higher than the table and water pools

I put a large object in the middle of the table under the cover to tent it. It still pools some water but it’s better than before.

Does the lining melt in the heat of summer ?

We live in the Palm Springs area of the desert. With upwards of nearly 120 degrees heat, so far, this cover has held up beautifully

Mine is only 4 months old and leaked. How do I contact customer service?

I couldn’t find one either. I looked the company up and the Ultcover in California does not sell on Amazon. Amazon should require contact information. Apparently a lot of people had issues with these covers you are the 4th one I have answered so far.
