This thing comes with everything and steps to clean your dryer vents. It comes with different attachments for different vacuum cleaners. It worked amazing! Steps were easy to follow (this was my first time learning to do this.). I strongly suggest using a shop vacuum. The thing you need is a vacuum and a drill. Definitely worth the money!

This kit was perfect, had everything needed to attach to your vacuum & drill. This kit was very effective, was able to remove two bags of lint from the dryer duct. Preventing further buildup & allowing my dryer to have faster drying cycles! Highly recommend!

Is it useful? Yes. Does it clean the duct fully? That depends on how old the lints are, but mostly yes. Our new house had them caked together basically blocking the whole vent pipe. I ended disassembling the thing, using a stick to push out the lint, and then cleaning the duct with this tool. Overall, it did a pretty good job. It’s easy to assemble, and while I did use the tape, I found it not that useful, especially when the impact tool will make the bits very hard to unscrew haha. Unfortunately, the shop vac attachment didn’t fit my machine. I ended up just putting/holding the vacuum head next to the opening. It’s more work but it worked

. Always use the enclosed electrical tape to tape your extension rods and ALWAYS use the drill in a clockwise manner -- NEVER use the counter-clockwise drill setting!!!! Some of items in this kit are pretty flimsy but overall, this kit did exactly as shown. It was nice having everything needed ready and available to me all in one place. Really liked the good pair of work gloves; really liked that the drill bit was included and was sturdy and of good quality. I think THE most important item was the brush and it is decent quality and good size for the job. Loved the long coniform brush because I was also able to use this brush to clean the underside coils of my refrigerator. So the price was higher than expected but certainly much lower than trying to purchase all of this separately and absolutely lower than a dryer fire or hiring someone else to do this job. The instructions are terrible so my very best advice is to watch as many YouTube videos on this process as you can. Our dryer was close to the outside all so we only used four of the extensions. I cannot say how sturdy the arrangement would be with the full catchment of extender rods but if you take it slow, should work as described. Not sure how the shop vac encasement pieces worked because we didn't use it. One thing that was included that was of very good quality was the thin grabber. I hadn't realized it was an included item in this kit and was very pleased with its inclusion. Over all, we say this is a good purchase and makes an unpleasant maintenance job a bit easier and convenient.

I don’t write many product reviews , but I would give this product TEN stars if I could!I own an older vacation home, and over the years things have been modified to accommodate newer appliances.Case in point is my dryer vent.The dryer is the same model I have in my primary residence, which has had no issues drying clothes ever in the twelve years I’ve owned it. It’s a trouble-free workhorse that should last twenty+ years.The vent at our weekend place, however, hooks to the wall at an odd angle, and travels many feet to vent to the outside. Several awkward twists and turns along the way provide ample areas where lint and debris can accumulate.In the two years we’ve had this home, the dryer has never worked properly. It sometimes takes two or more cycles to dry a load of jeans, waaaay longer for towels.This gets expensive. It’s been enough of a problem that I’ve considered a clothesline.I always keep the lint screen cleaned, and had cleaned the outside vent cover, which helped a bit but not enough.I finally had the time while I was here to do a bit of research about dryers, and while I had tried cleaning the exterior vent, realized it was going to take tools I don’t have to really do a comprehensive and thorough job.This kit has been exactly what I needed! The photo shows what had built up in the vent between the inside wall and the exterior vent. No wonder it wasn’t drying the clothes!!!Using a power screwdriver/drill with the provided brush and extension rods, and inserting the brush into the exterior vent hole, I was able to clean the entire vent tube between the interior wall and the outside vent. I really was stunned at the amount of lint that was removed.I think this is something every homeowner should own. It can also be used to clean behind refrigerators.Considering the fire risk a highly flammable lint buildup can pose to your most valuable asset, and how often most of us use a dryer, this is an extremely valuable addition to the home toolkit.

Just got this today and since I have never cleaned my dryer vent with a product such as this, it took me about 2 hours to complete. My wand kept getting stuck in the vent so I recommend feeding one wand in at a time then use the drill. Close to 40ft of feeding with only one wand not being used. My bristle did fall off inside my vent at one point so I just blew it out with my leaf blower (I accidentally set my drill in reverse). The wand also got stuck in the vent a few times, but feeding it upwards with the drill helped to loosen it. Also, the added attachments helped me to get into areas in my dryer that I was unable to reach with my vacuum, so that was awesome.
