If it says that it's been left "in a safe place" then next to the item you can click "Get Help" and you can type to talk to a customer service. You will get refunded pretty much no questions asked.

It varies, I ordered two (48) and got 3 x 16 packs. Next time I ordered one (24) and got 6 x 4 packs
