I had very low energy and was lathargic for months then my sister recommended these and since I have been taking I have felt more alive and have more energy.I think they are easy to swallow because of there shape, was worried when I saw how big they were(long) but they quite easy to go down.

I like to take these to try and keep myself going ,I know that I do not get all the nutrition I need .....Good size ...and capsules.....

I was feeling uncharacteristically lethargic, possibly a result of the Coronavirus lockdown.Since taking the Solar vitamin B supplement I have felt more energetic and alert. Not spectacularly so, but definitely an improvement.I do not know whether this is a placebo effect or a genuine benefit, but it is well worth the money to get the result.

I think this is the best Vit B I really see results.
