No it's not halal. I personally carried out the test however the colours are great and it's just like a normal nail polish but an expensive version.

Does this colour have a shimmer to it or is it Matt?

It has a light shimmer to it... Not over the top but slightly shiny and not completely matte... The level of shimmer depends on how many coats u put on too, hope this helped :)

According to product description, its mentioned that its Halal which means the person can do ablution (Wudu) for prayer..

Expensive but wanted it

I have been into lilac recently and noticed I don't own a lilac polish.As i pray i always use inglot and they had nothing on their website.This was the shade I was looking for and couldn't find it anywhere else.I am absolutely in love with this colourIt applies on smoothly and has a pearl shine to it.I used about three coats to get a solid colour.
